About the role#
Design Workshop is hiring for the 2027 Spring Internship Program. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in our Aspen or Denver studios. The program runs from January through May 2027, with a potential extension through August 2027.
What you'll do#
You will work directly on design projects and support studio operations. Your daily tasks include project research, site visits, and sketching. You will also assist with computer production and marketing proposals.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning. Candidates with dual degrees are encouraged to apply. You must be authorized to work in the United States and able to relocate for the position.
Required technical skills include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Proficiency in 3-D modeling using 3-D Max or SketchUp
Location & details#
This internship is located in Aspen, Colorado, or Denver, Colorado. The pay rate is $22 to $24 per hour, depending on your experience. This position is not benefits eligible.
