About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our Arkansas offices. The role focuses on supporting survey and design projects through data analysis, technical documentation, and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests, and aerial photographs to help plan and design projects.
- Calculate project costs and determine feasibility based on collected data.
- Create design documents using computer assisted engineering and design software.
- Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate project activities with your supervisor and support staff.
- Prepare illustrative renderings, material boards, and planting plans.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited Engineering or Landscape Architecture school.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suites.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Working knowledge of native plants.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform day trips to jobsites as needed.
