About the role#
As an HR Graduate Intern, you will work on projects that connect people analytics, AI-enabled talent strategies, and workforce data. You will gain hands-on experience supporting HR initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making. This role involves balancing individual project ownership with collaborative research to deliver measurable outcomes for the organization.
What you'll do#
- Own and drive key HR priorities related to your assigned projects.
- Apply data analysis and storytelling to surface workflow insights and inform HR decisions.
- Use human-centered design thinking to improve the employee experience.
- Explore and orchestrate AI tools to support HR workflows.
- Build strategic partnerships across the business to drive results.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to HR leaders.
- Participate in mentorship, professional networking, and learning sessions throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Communications, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Interest in people analytics, workforce technology, or the intersection of data and people.
- Data literacy and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt, and solve problems.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools, or HR systems.
- Experience using AI tools in coursework or projects.
- Coursework or project experience in people analytics, organizational behavior, workforce planning, or research methods.
