AI Solutions Intern – Product & Content Management Are you ready to help shape the future of AI? AI Solutions Intern – Product & Content Management

Essential Requirements
- Current undergraduate student graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CoPilot) and proven experience using them to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in academic and professional work.
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and metadata concepts.
- Experience with Python and/or SQL for data analysis or automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team, manage deadlines, communicate timely updates, and deliver a completed project with measurable results.
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of AI/LLM systems, including indexing, retrieval, and inferencing
- Exposure to APIs, JSON, or distributed data processing frameworks (e.g. Spark)
- Experience with metadata tagging, taxonomy design, or content governance.

What You’ll Achieve: Own a High-Impact Workstream
- Agent Development: Build, refine, and prepare an AI agent for production use, ensuring it solves a real GTM need.
- Content Source Integration: Assess, organize, and clean new sales and marketing data sources to ensure hygiene, consistency, and readiness for indexing into generative AI tools.
- Metadata Optimization: Build and apply tagging structures that maximize discoverability, relevance, and usability of GTM content within AI tools.
- Governance Frameworks: Create and implement processes to maintain data integrity, compliance, and security for GTM content sources.
