About the role#
The Defense Innovation Unit is seeking mid-to-senior level contracting and agreements officers for the Immersive Commercial Acquisition Program. This 12 month fellowship takes place in a remote environment. You will gain experience and lessons learned through the program to bring back to your home organization.
What you'll do#
- Complete a 12 month rotation.
- Produce a capstone project that functions as a training plan for your home organization based on your program experience.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a permanent government civilian (GS-13/14 or NH-03/04 1102 series) or an active component military contracting or agreements officer (O-4/O-5).
- Proven technical contracting expertise.
- An innovative mindset.
- A resume.
- A supervisor recommendation letter.
- A letter of intent.

- The program term begins in Winter 2027.
