About the role#
The Student Nurse Academy is a paid summer program for nursing students who have completed their first clinical experience. Participants work in precepted environments under the direct supervision of experienced registered nurses to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience using clinical equipment.
- Perform patient care procedures.
- Work alongside experienced registered nurses in a clinical setting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited RN nursing program (AACN, CCNE, or ACEN).
- Completion of at least one semester of clinical rotations.
- Active BLS certification.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.

- Locations: Evansville, IN; Newburgh, IN; Henderson, KY; Morganfield, KY; Princeton, IN; and Jasper, IN.
- Term: Summer 2026.
