About the role#

The Patient Intake Specialist I is a PRN position designed for current high school students. This role serves as an ambassador for the hospital, ensuring that patients are welcomed into a professional and respectful environment.

What you'll do#

Greet and register patients upon arrival.
Collect payments according to hospital procedures.
Direct and escort patients as needed.
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with State and Federal regulations and hospital policies.

What you'll need#

Must be currently enrolled in high school.
A demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry, including the revenue cycle and insurance processes.
Ability to effectively greet and register patients.

Location & details#

Location: Evansville, Indiana.
Work Modality: On-site.
Schedule: PRN, with rotating weekends and holidays required.
