About the role#
De Nora is seeking motivated students for an R&D internship at the De Nora Tech facility. You will join a multi-national team of researchers focused on developing innovative technologies for water electrolysis, fuel cells, CO2 conversion, and water treatment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate in small teams to execute R&D projects focused on new electrode technologies.
- Design, build, automate, and operate lab-scale experimental apparatuses for fabrication and testing.
- Synthesize new catalytic materials, coatings, and electrodes.
- Collect experimental data, maintain accurate records, and summarize findings into tables, graphs, and reports.
- Contribute to the generation of new ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.
- Classroom or laboratory experience related to electrochemistry, electrochemical engineering, or corrosion science.
- Strong aptitude for and interest in a hands-on experimental environment.
- Prior experience in an industrial or academic laboratory setting is preferred.
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.

- Term: Fall 2026 (minimum one-semester commitment).
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
