About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support our retail pharmacy operations. You will gain professional experience while helping patients manage their health and chronic conditions. This role focuses on patient safety, quality assurance, and maintaining an effective pharmacy environment.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients with empathy and compassion.
- Manage and adopt patient care programs to keep customers healthy.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Facilitate a positive team culture that promotes energy and enthusiasm.
- Assist with inventory and workflow management.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, scanning, and bagging items.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to remain mobile and upright for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform precise hand movements.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

- Location: San Antonio, Texas.
- Schedule: Part-time, rolling term.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
- Modality: On-site.
