About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, gaining hands-on experience in wealth management operations and client service.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside experienced financial advisors to understand client needs and develop tailored financial solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, investment strategies, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate on special projects focused on improving client experience and operational efficiency.
- Support the department in transitioning to new technology and managing data hygiene.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Status as a Junior (rising senior) or Senior with strong academic standing.
- Previous internship experience in wealth management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Eagerness to learn financial modeling tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
