    About the role#

    DBHW Wealth Partners is seeking a Wealth Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience working directly with financial advisors to support client needs and departmental operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Work alongside experienced financial advisors to understand client needs and develop financial solutions.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial plans, investment strategies, and client presentations.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and investment opportunities.
    • Collaborate on special projects focused on improving client experience and operational efficiency.
    • Support the department in transitioning to new technology and maintaining data hygiene.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
    • Status as a Junior (rising senior) or Senior with strong academic standing.
    • Previous internship experience within wealth management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
    • Eagerness to learn financial modeling tools.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Location: South Milwaukee, Wisconsin
    • Term: Fall 2026
    • Work Modality: On-site
    • Commitment: 16 to 40 hours per week
