About the role#
This role sits at the execution layer of the Partnerships team. You will oversee the quality and success of brand partner activations, from initial planning through on-site execution and follow-through. You will work with the Head of Operations to coordinate logistics and collaborate with local producers to ensure partner commitments are met. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys logistics and managing multiple moving pieces.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of brand activations from planning through on-site setup and breakdown.
- Track deliverables to ensure all partner commitments are fulfilled at each event.
- Coordinate with producers across different cities regarding shipments, storage, and setup.
- Track deliveries, confirm details, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Maintain checklists, workflows, and activation documentation.
- Assist with post-event reporting and capture key insights.
- Identify ways to improve processes and execution over time.
What you'll need#

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems.
- Genuine interest in events, logistics, and behind-the-scenes execution.
- Comfort managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
- Willingness to be hands-on and present at events.
- Experience with events, productions, or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets is preferred.
