About the role#
This position sits within the Partnerships team, acting as the primary point of contact for partner communication and scheduling. You will manage the day-to-day flow of partner relationships to ensure they remain consistent and productive. This role requires close collaboration with Co-Founder Eli Clark-Davis to manage relationship strategy, meeting preparation, and partnership workflows.
What you'll do#
- Act as the daily contact for partners regarding updates, scheduling, and general communication.
- Coordinate partner check-ins and maintain a steady communication cadence.
- Run partner calls, document notes, and track action items.
- Prepare and send recap reports and follow-up materials.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations for active partnerships.
- Manage inbound partnership interest and ensure all opportunities are tracked.
- Assist with scheduling for internal meetings and partner calls.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and context for meetings involving the Co-Founder.
- Organize partnership documents, notes, and internal systems.
- Escalate sensitive or strategic conversations to leadership when necessary.

- Experience in customer-facing roles, student leadership, or previous internships is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack is preferred.
