Investment Analyst

About the role#

This is a 2-year rotational analyst program designed to provide comprehensive exposure to global investment management. During the first year, analysts rotate across various investment teams, including U.S. Corporates, Real Estate, Structured Products, Long/Short Credit, Long/Short Equities, Convertible Arbitrage, Merger Arbitrage, and Special Situations. In the second year, analysts remain with a single team to deepen their expertise. Participants receive training in Excel, corporate finance, and accounting, alongside hands-on apprenticeship with investment professionals.

What you'll do#

• Work directly with investment teams to research, identify, and recommend potential investment opportunities.
• Monitor investments throughout their lifecycle, from initial research to conclusion.
• Manage existing public and private market exposures.
• Develop skills in financial modeling, due diligence, transaction analysis, and project management.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Ability to think critically, objectively, and quickly in complex situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to team-oriented workflows.
• Leadership experience and involvement in extracurricular activities.
