About the role#
This is a 2-year rotational analyst program based in New York for Summer 2027. The first year involves rotations across various investment teams, including U.S. Corporates, Real Estate, Structured Products, Long/Short Credit, Long/Short Equities, Convertible Arbitrage, Merger Arbitrage, and Special Situations. In the second year, analysts remain with one team to gain deeper knowledge. The program includes training in Excel, corporate finance, and accounting, alongside hands-on apprenticeship with investment professionals.
What you'll do#
- Work with investment teams to research and recommend potential investments.
- Monitor investments from initiation through to conclusion.
- Manage existing public and private market exposures.
- Develop skills in transaction analysis, due diligence, investment research, negotiation, and project management.
What you'll need#
- Strong academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly, critically, and objectively.
- Collaborative mindset with an ability to work well in team settings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated interest in markets and investing, with extracurricular and leadership experience highly desired.
