About the role#
The Marketing & Customer Service Communications Intern will work with the Advertising, Events, Marketing, and Customer Service Communications teams. This role focuses on developing and executing initiatives to improve brand awareness and communication effectiveness. You will gain hands-on experience in event planning, market research, and customer service communications within the business aviation sector.
What you'll do#
- Research advertising and promotional opportunities that align with Sales and Marketing goals.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service events.
- Source, evaluate, and manage promotional and branded merchandise.
- Create, review, and distribute marketing and customer service materials, including both digital and print assets.
- Explore new ways to promote the company to customers, prospects, and the aviation industry.
What you'll need#
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Little Ferry, New Jersey.
- This is a part-time role scheduled for 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
- The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
