About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional development within the homebuilding industry. You will work on a primary team to gain exposure to business operations, research, and project management. The program includes departmental rotations, training sessions, and opportunities to observe daily activities across office and field settings.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations within your assigned department or field location.
- Assist with research, reporting, and administrative projects.
- Learn industry terminology, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand the homebuying process.
- Participate in training programs and meetings to explore career paths within the company.
- Maintain a professional and ethical standard in all business interactions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to work overtime and travel, including occasional overnight trips, if required by business needs.
