About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional exposure to the homebuilding process. You will work within a primary department or functional area to learn about business operations, industry terminology, and company systems. The program includes project work, research, administrative support, and jobsite observation.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in your assigned office, field location, or jobsite.
- Assist with department-specific projects, reporting, and coordination efforts.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to understand how they support homebuilding and customer experience.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and departmental rotations.
- Learn and apply company policies and safety requirements.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or you are a recent graduate.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- You have the ability to work overtime when needed.
- You are comfortable with travel, including occasional overnight trips.

- Status: Full-time and paid.
