About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional development within the homebuilding industry. You will work within a primary department to gain exposure to daily operations, business systems, and the homebuying process. This program includes departmental rotations, project work, and field-based activities to help you explore potential career paths.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in your assigned office, field location, or jobsite.
- Assist with research, reporting, administrative tasks, and coordination efforts.
- Learn and apply industry terminology, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Participate in training programs, meetings, and departmental rotations.
- Conduct business in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
- Work overtime and travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Operations Management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying work environments.
- Candidates pursuing an advanced degree may also be considered.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This role supports on-site, remote, and hybrid work arrangements depending on the assignment.
