About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience and professional development within the homebuilding and homebuying process. You will be assigned to a primary department or functional area to gain exposure to daily operations. The program includes project work, administrative support, research, and jobsite observation. You will participate in departmental rotations and training sessions to learn about our business systems and company policies.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in your assigned department, office, or jobsite.
- Assist with projects, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support homebuilding and homebuying.
- Learn and apply industry terminology, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Participate in meetings and training programs to explore career paths.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Operations Management, Real Estate, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work overtime and travel as business needs require.

- Location: St. Johns, Florida.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Remote, on-site, or hybrid depending on the assignment.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
