About the role#
This Summer 2027 Accounting Internship provides hands-on experience within the homebuilding industry. You will work in a professional setting to gain exposure to our business operations, systems, and standard procedures. The program includes project work, administrative support, and departmental rotations to help you explore career paths within the company.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations in your assigned office, department, or jobsite.
- Assist with research, reporting, and coordination of departmental projects.
- Learn industry terminology, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to understand the homebuilding process.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and rotations to build your professional knowledge.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university, entering your junior or senior year, or a recent graduate.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Candidates pursuing advanced degrees are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and ask questions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to varying work environments.
- Ability to work overtime and travel, including occasional overnight trips, as needed.
