Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering care to patients, including advising on prescriptions and managing chronic or specialty conditions. This position focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workflow management.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
