About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in patient care, inventory management, and workflow operations while gaining professional experience in a healthcare setting.

- Deliver exceptional care to each patient and display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.

- Align team members around the company purpose of supporting patient health.
- Manage pharmacy tasks including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and workflow management.
- Perform physical duties including scanning, bagging items, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or acceptance into an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Possession of, or active progress toward obtaining, a valid intern or technician license as required by the state.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and designated timeframes.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, as is immunization eligibility.
