About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You play a central role in delivering care to patients and ensuring a safe, effective environment. This is a part-time, paid position based in Plattsburg, Missouri.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and provide immunizations once you meet state requirements.
- Manage pharmacy workflows, inventory, and quality assurance tasks.
- Follow regulatory requirements and maintain high standards for patient safety.
- Lead with empathy and collaborate with your team to deliver better health outcomes.
- Promote a positive, energetic, and caring culture within the pharmacy.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to complete all state-required training and licensing within the designated timeframe.

- Compensation: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
