About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will help maintain a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment while gaining professional experience. This role focuses on patient care, workflow management, and supporting the pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and model the company values.
- Manage patient care programs to support health outcomes.
- Provide immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Facilitate a team culture built on empathy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reach pharmacy goals.
- Assist with inventory management and daily workflow tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
- Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.

- Pay range: $20.75 - $25.25 per hour.
