Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment. You will assist with patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management. This is a part-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.

What you'll do#

• Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver better health outcomes and improve quality of care.
• Support patient care programs and facilitate a team culture that promotes energy and pride.
• Once state regulations are met, strive to provide patient immunizations.
• Maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs and remaining upright for extended periods.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Possession of, or in the process of obtaining, valid intern or technician licensure as required by the state.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Location & details#

• Work modality: On-site.
• Pay range: $18.75 - $21.75 per hour.
