About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, managing pharmacy workflows, and supporting team operations. This position focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients while modeling company values.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and workflow processes.
- Support the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Provide immunizations once state regulations and eligibility requirements are met.
- Foster a team culture centered on energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve health outcomes and support pharmacy operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
