Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care, managing patient care programs, and supporting pharmacy operations, including inventory management, workflow, and quality assurance.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Possession of, or active progress toward obtaining, valid intern or technician licensure as required by the state.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and designated timeframes.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
