About the role#
Crowe BGK is hiring Accounting Co-op Students for 4 or 8 month internships starting in January 2027. Based in our Ottawa office, this role offers exposure to professional accounting services and potential for future permanent employment. We provide a competitive salary, mentorship, training, and reimbursement for parking or public transit.
What you'll do#
- Perform audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Prepare corporate and estate/trust tax filings.
- Complete personal tax returns.
- Process T3, T4, and T5 information returns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Commerce program with a major or concentration in Accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and French.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
- A strong commitment to client service excellence.
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm is an asset.
