About the role#
As a Quality Control Intern at CRH, you will work directly with our team to ensure products meet industry standards. This role provides hands-on experience with testing procedures for raw materials and hot mix asphalt within the construction industry. You will receive mentorship from experienced staff and gain exposure to various lab and field testing processes.
What you'll do#
- Conduct quality testing on raw materials and installed hot mix asphalt.
- Work alongside QC team members to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Travel to different QC labs to observe and participate in testing processes.
- Learn about safety practices and quality control procedures.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or plans to enroll in a college degree program.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to write reports and analyze data.
- A valid driver license.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

- Location: Sidney, Maine.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is on-site and follows a rolling term.
