About the role#
As a Junior Engineer Intern, you will join the Technology and Data Department for a term during Fall 2026 or Winter 2027. You will work on a team that supports our investment operations, focusing on software, data, cloud, or quality engineering. This program includes an orientation session and skills-based training to help you apply your technical knowledge to real business problems. You will have a dedicated manager and mentor throughout your term.
What you'll do#
- Design, code, test, and support systems and applications.
- Follow an Agile delivery approach to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver technical solutions.
- Learn and apply Java, Python, Angular, AWS, and low code or no code tools.
- Participate in intern orientation and professional training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Status as a student returning to school after the work term.
- A strong record of academic success.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in finance and investing.
- Ability to approach complex challenges with rigor.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
