What you'll do#
Your daily tasks depend on the department you choose. You may work in these areas:
- Guest Services: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general guest inquiries to learn how lodging operations function.
- Golf Operations: Help manage tee sheets, tournaments, leagues, and daily course logistics.
- Culinary: Work with professionals on food preparation, kitchen organization, and high-volume service.
- Resort Activities: Support the planning and operation of events, outdoor recreation, and family programs.
What you'll need#
- Ability to follow established procedures and checklists.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Clear communication skills when interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to read workplace instructions and communications.
- A valid driver's license for assignments involving company vehicles.
