About the role#
The Corebridge Financial Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed to improve your business acumen and provide insight into the finance and insurance industry. You will be placed in a specific business line to gain hands-on experience and work on tasks that contribute to our operations. This is a full-time, paid, on-site program for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Obtain technical knowledge and professional skills within your assigned business area.
- Collaborate with team members to manage tasks and contribute to business lines.
- Participate in webinars, discussion forums, and networking receptions.
- Establish performance goals with your manager during your first week and review progress at the mid and end points of the summer.
- Learn directly from senior management.
What you'll need#
- You are a student entering the final year of your undergraduate or graduate education, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
- You are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing work in a professional environment.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You demonstrate a record of academic and extracurricular achievement.
Location & details#
- This program is on-site in Houston, Texas, New York, New York, Woodland Hills, California, and Jersey City, New Jersey.
- The internship is a full-time commitment.
