About the role#
As a Technology Product Analyst Intern, you will work with our teams to develop products that provide value to our customers. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping to define product vision and ensuring successful delivery through agile processes.
What you'll do#
- Define and communicate the product roadmap and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value and technical needs.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Analyze usage data, support tickets, and user feedback to find improvement opportunities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the user experience.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, web technologies, and APIs.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- The position follows a rolling term.
