About the role#
Copart is looking for a Strategic Analyst Intern to join our team in Dallas. You will contribute to our business growth by applying analytical skills to complex challenges. This role involves collaborating across departments to drive data-driven decisions that impact our operations and financial performance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to inform business strategies.
- Use quantitative analysis of large datasets to provide strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Apply critical thinking to deliver insights to decision-makers across the company.
- Support sales efforts with targeted insights and test hypotheses through monitoring.
- Track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with timelines.
- Work with colleagues in Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to drive improvements.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, with 4+ years preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in data-driven model building, market research, and business analysis.
- Ability to communicate results clearly to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with marketing or CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and attribution models.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- This is a part-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.
- The role is paid and operates on a rolling basis.
