About the role#
We are looking for a Technology Product Analyst Intern to join our team in Dallas. You will help drive the development of products by acting as the main link between business stakeholders and our development teams. This role focuses on defining product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring we deliver value through agile processes.
What you'll do#
- Define and communicate the product roadmap and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Facilitate communication across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide progress updates.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze usage data, support tickets, and user feedback to find improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a strong user experience.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new features.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
- Proven experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Strong experience using AI tools.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and web technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
