Technology Product Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Technology Product Analyst Intern will join the Product Management team to help define and create new products. You will work on critical projects, analyzing user behavior and product performance to drive development decisions.

What you'll do#

• Recommend and establish KPIs, monitor key metrics, and execute recurring reporting.
• Interpret data to tell a meaningful story about product usage, trends, and user behavior.
• Design tests for beta, pilot, and early adopter programs to ensure successful feature adoption.
• Define and create dashboards with data interpretations, segments, and filters to communicate product performance.
• Use lean methodology to define business problems, form hypotheses, and validate solutions through the build-measure-learn cycle.
• Identify feature needs and conduct research from business and ROI perspectives.
• Maintain documentation regarding product design and implementation.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in querying SQL databases with an understanding of relational table structures.
• Experience with quantitative research methods and creating visualizations in Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage and maintain analytics software such as Mixpanel, Flurry, or Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with product management software like JIRA, as well as Agile SCRUM and lean methodologies, is preferred.
