About the role#
We are looking for Software Engineering Interns to help build our next-generation, AI-driven applications. You will work with Product Managers, AI Architects, and Tech Leads to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our global platforms. This role focuses on designing and implementing features powered by Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Machine Learning APIs.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement AI-powered features into core web applications.
- Develop efficient, secure, and real-time applications while performing peer reviews and documenting solutions.
- Build and optimize conversational agents, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering workflows.
- Write highly concurrent, multi-threaded Java backend services to handle real-time AI inference and data streaming.
- Communicate with AI research, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to improve engineering processes.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or current enrollment, in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience or academic projects using LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, and MVC.
- Solid understanding of Core Java, multithreaded programming, and asynchronous task execution.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks like ReactJS or Next.js.
- Ability to build real-time web applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.
- Experience writing unit tests with JUnit and mocking frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a solid mathematical foundation, and the ability to produce clear technical writing.
