About the role#
The Student Net Loft Worker supports the daily operations of the Net Shop in St. George, New Brunswick. This role involves performing net stringing and maintaining a clean work environment. During the summer months, duties expand to include yard maintenance and organizing storage areas. The schedule follows a continental shift rotation designed to accommodate school and weekend availability.
What you'll do#
- Perform stringing of nets to support production.
- Clean the Net Shop and maintain tools and equipment.
- Organize the yard and storage buildings during the summer.
- Support shipper/receivers with outdoor area upkeep.
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Report safety concerns, incidents, or damaged equipment to your supervisor.
- Handle other duties as assigned to support shop operations.
What you'll need#
- Current student status.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production setting.
- Physical capability to perform light to moderate manual tasks.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.

- Location: St. George, New Brunswick, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid.
- Schedule: Continental day shift rotation. Includes shifts after school until 7:00 PM and every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Environment: Work conditions vary and may include cold, wet, warm, or dry production floor settings.
