About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team. You will participate in training, project work, and rotational experiences to learn about planning and execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain. You will work under the guidance of managers and directors to support process improvements and digital transformation activities.
What you'll do#
- Support the IBP&E team on process improvement projects and digital transformation activities.
- Assist with KPI development and tracking.
- Gain experience in day-to-day functions including Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, and New Product Introduction Planning.
- Rotate through S&OP, S&OE, Deployment, and Customer Management functions.
- Manage project tasks according to a weekly schedule.
What you'll need#
- Completion of junior year of a bachelor’s program with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Logistics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and presentation software.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for long periods, work on a computer for extended times, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
