About the role#
This is a paid internship with the Constellation Brands Beer Division Quality team. You will work on projects across consumer intelligence, quality operations, and governance. The role provides exposure to the broader Beer Division Supply Chain and helps you understand how we maintain brand and food safety standards. The program runs for 12 weeks from late May through early August.
What you'll do#
- Support the Quality team on initiatives that strengthen systems and improve visibility into consumer and product quality trends.
- Develop dashboards and report on KPIs related to consumer quality intelligence, social listening, and complaint trending.
- Assist with Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance, document control, and SharePoint knowledge management.
- Help manage product specifications, brand standards, test shipments, and food safety documentation.
- Support new product introductions and supplier quality activities.
- Participate in corporate intern events, including team building, senior leader meetings, and final presentations.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your junior year of a bachelor's program, with graduation expected within one to two years.
- A major in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Power BI and SharePoint is preferred.
- Professional maturity and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel commercially and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including sitting or standing for long durations.
