About the role#
The IT Co-op supports the Support and Jobsite Operations teams at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. This role provides hands-on experience in IT system management and end-user support. You will work directly with the team to resolve technical issues and maintain operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Support the IT team with system updates, backups, and security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and provide end-user support and training.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining organizational standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to various office and jobsite locations as needed.
