About the role#

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position in Milford, Massachusetts, provides hands-on experience in IT system management and operational support. You will work directly with the Support and Jobsite Operations teams to maintain technical infrastructure and assist end-users.

What you'll do#

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Support the IT team with system updates, data backups, and the implementation of security protocols.
Document technical procedures and provide training or support to end-users.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organizational standards.

What you'll need#

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management or ticketing tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
Ability to travel to various office and jobsite locations as needed.
