About the role#

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an IT Co-op for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position in Milford, Massachusetts, provides hands-on experience in IT system management and operational support. You will work directly with the Support and Jobsite Operations teams to maintain technical infrastructure and assist end-users.

What you'll do#

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Support the IT team with system updates, data backups, and the implementation of security protocols.
• Document technical procedures and provide training or support to end-users.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organizational standards.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services and IT service management or ticketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to travel to various office and jobsite locations as needed.
