    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time Student Success Internship with Chartwells Higher Ed at Plymouth State University for the Summer 2026 term. This on-site role focuses on supporting student retention and success initiatives within the campus community.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist students with their success and retention needs.
    • Provide administrative support to the Student Success team.
    • Help facilitate workshops and events for students.
    • Conduct outreach to students regarding available resources.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
    • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Experience in customer service or a related field.
