About the role#
ComCap is hiring an Investment Banking Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, remote position. You will work directly with execution and support teams on live deals. The role involves carrying out mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial analysis and modeling.
- Conduct research on companies and industries.
- Help develop client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
- A strong academic record from a leading undergraduate program.
- Financial modeling experience in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to write marketing documentation, conduct research, and perform valuation analyses.
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial streak and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Current work authorization in the US.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
