About the role#
This is a 12-week internship during Summer 2027 within the Treasury Operations team. You will support the management of liquidity, funding, and banking operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to keep financial operations running for customers.
What you'll do#
- Support daily treasury operations, including bank account funding, balance monitoring, and liquidity reporting.
- Own reconciliation tasks and maintain fiat safeguarding controls for client funds.
- Partner with banking partners and internal teams to resolve payment rail issues.
- Build and improve operational dashboards and reporting tools to track cash positions and payment flows.
- Execute research projects focused on payment rail optimization, banking relationships, and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Interest in payments, banking, corporate treasury, or fintech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build and maintain operational models.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience using generative AI responsibly to drive workflow efficiency.
