About the role#
The Field Operations Internship is an 11-week, full-time program. You will work alongside field leaders and frontline employees to gain practical experience in our daily operations. This role involves rotating through areas such as sales, manufacturing, distribution, merchandising, and business development. You will also complete a project focused on a real business challenge and present your findings to our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and help execute company initiatives within your assigned department.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and potential improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how different business areas work together.
- Participate in field visits, facility operations, and customer meetings.
- Identify process improvements and develop practical recommendations for your team.
- Engage in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our policy guidelines.
- A self-starter mindset with a drive for results.
- Previous experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.

- This is an on-site position based in Winter Haven, Florida.
- The program runs from May 17, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
