About the role#
The Office of Hillary Rodham Clinton is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 9, 2026, to November 13, 2026. This is an unpaid internship designed to be completed for academic credit. Undergraduate students across various disciplines, including Political Science, Communications, History, Public Health, Human Resources, Business Administration, and Journalism, are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do#
Interns provide operational and administrative support to staff members. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and drafting briefing memos.
- Transcribing speeches and public remarks.
- Assisting with scheduling for principal staff.
- Managing office mail and maintaining archives.
- Providing logistical support at events and assisting with general office management.
- Managing data projects.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.
- Commitment to working 25 – 29 hours per week.
- Strong research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Diligent work ethic and a positive attitude.
