About the role#
The Office of Hillary Rodham Clinton is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 9, 2026, to November 13, 2026. This is an unpaid internship, and candidates must provide proof of academic credit for their service. Undergraduate students of all majors are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do#
Interns provide support to staff across a wide range of projects, including:
- Conducting research and drafting briefing memos.
- Transcribing speeches and public remarks.
- Assisting with scheduling for principal staff.
- Managing mail and maintaining archives.
- Providing logistical support at events and assisting with general office management.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work from the 41 Madison Avenue office in New York City on a hybrid schedule.
- Commitment to working 25 to 29 hours per week.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Diligent work ethic and a positive attitude.
