About the role#
The Supply Chain - Outside Processing Intern role focuses on managing continuous improvement projects within our supplier network. You will work on site at our West Chester office to support procurement operations, inventory oversight, and supplier relations.
What you'll do#
- Manage continuous improvement projects to refine supplier procedures and confirm they meet best practices.
- Review supplier capabilities and collaborate with them to ensure documentation is current.
- Analyze inventory reports from multiple systems to address issues like aged inventory.
- Improve or combine existing inventory reports to increase efficiency.
- Work with potential new suppliers to collect required documentation and provide recommendations on their addition to our network.
- Review supplier invoices and assist in calculating charge backs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program for Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Procurement.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year by the summer of 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
