About the role#
As an Environmental Engineering Intern, you will work on-site to support environmental compliance and sustainability programs. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting with data management and regulatory reporting. This role provides exposure to industrial environmental standards and internal company initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the acquisition, management, and reporting of environmental data.
- Support adherence to requirements under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
- Help with environmental investigations and special projects related to compliance.
- Support programs focused on energy efficiency, waste minimization, GHG emissions reduction, and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program for Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027.
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
