About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers a dual experience within our data and analytics community. You will spend half of your time partnered with a host team, contributing to ongoing work in areas like data quality monitoring, metadata management, ETL support, and SQL development. The other half of your time will be spent on a cross-functional team, collaborating with other interns and business partners to complete a real-world project. You will present your final outcomes and insights to peers and business leaders at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Support teams responsible for data management systems and workflows.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integrity issues.
- Work hands-on with internal data repositories to collect, organize, and analyze datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.
- Assist in monitoring data quality and applying measures for accuracy and consistency.
- Follow enterprise-wide data standards and governance practices, including metadata and master data management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, engineering, or a related technology field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel, including exposure to Pandas.
- Experience working with raw and prepared datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS, APIs, and structured data formats such as JSON and YAML.
- Understanding of master data management, ETL concepts, and data architecture including pipelines and cloud storage.
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and written or verbal communication.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with a sense of curiosity and ownership.
- Must successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

- Locations: Columbus, OH; Johnston, RI; or Boston, MA.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Term: Summer 2027.
