Part-Time (20 Hours) Universal Banker - Co-Op City Branch

About the role#

The Universal Banker is an entry-level position focused on executing sales, product, and service activities. You will work with the customer service team to build client loyalty and support branch sales initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service to resolve account issues and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Execute financial transactions while following bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to segment partners.
• Support branch activities, including promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
• Adhere to all operational controls, legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety of bank assets.

What you'll need#

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous retail banking or similar experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
