Full Time Analyst

About the role#

The Commercial Banking Full-Time Analyst program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within the financial services industry. Analysts join a team that supports businesses with annual sales ranging from $10 million to over $3 billion. The program begins in July with an in-depth training period that combines formal instruction with hands-on experience, followed by a placement within a specific Commercial Banking team. Throughout the program, analysts receive ongoing training in sales, credit, products, and technology, supported by a structured mentorship program.

What you'll do#

• Conduct company research and industry analysis.
• Analyze financial data and perform financial modeling, including company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, and pro-forma analyses.
• Support the commercial lending process, including secured and unsecured revolving lines of credit, term loans, and syndicated loans.
• Take ownership of the client experience by partnering with bankers and product teams to identify and deliver appropriate financial solutions.
• Prepare deal management materials, including business development presentations, pitch books, and prospect memos.
• Interact with internal partners across product, credit risk, legal, marketing, operations, and technology teams.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Expected graduation date in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Preferred GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Work Authorization without the need for sponsorship.
